Rock Sliders
Published (2009-11-26 20:39:00)
these sliders are nearly a half inch thick and 6 inches tall and go under the tub almost 4 inches. they large enough to distribute the weight and force of a rock to a larger area than just the impact site. i'm sure that with a hard enough impact it will dmaage the tub but it would take one hell of a blow to do that.

I got a $60 one on ebay and I am going to have an exhaust shop put in a flex next to the oil pan so the motor is totally isolated. My header has two small flexes on the 1 and 6th tubes as well.

I'm hooking up cable with the front half way up. That fall is not friendly to me any more. I'm 105, and the front tires don't even crest before rears are on the wall.
I'd gladly hit H2H too/instead. That's always been a favorite of mine.

That's a really good idea to offer that. I know I've seen your design on Jeeps many times in the past but can you add a pic to this thread with one? I assume how you have this bent it will attach in the same spot as your others?

Sad to hear. It seems like someone is getting hurt at least once a week on that trail. Not good for our sport.

Hi Julie, Welcome to the Club! No Worries, this group is great about showing new folks the ropes. Monitor the "Pleasure/Stock runs (Street - 2.0)" and pick some runs that look good to you. Remind the leader that you are new and may need a little extra guidance. Have FUN!!
After the first scratch, the rest don't matter

We found Nigel's group out at the play area....They were doing some awesome runs up and down and driving in reverse to go back up the hill! - in this area! We watched for awhile, and then moved onto the cabin....
Moving along into some of the prettiest country in AZ:
