ive had a few white vehicles and think white is the easiest to keep clean and it always looks it. the trade off is white (like silver) will not shine compared to a dark color.

We had a nice time on Friday and Saturday with the top down. Cruised to Excelsior Springs and then on to Lexington where there is still a cannonball in the front court house pillar from a civil war battle in 1861.

If everybody already knows it's a Viper, then I'm sure that everybody will already know the brakes are Brembo's. Many call my white hood vents and big rig Dodge stickers rice, but I call the badge change Euro rice with the product being of European origin. I don't like changing badges. But in this case, it is a "legal" change with Brembo cast into the caliper LOL.

Certainly sounds like synchros, but for all of them to go at once is suspect. Usually you'll have one set go - at least that's how it always worked out for me from 'wear and tear'. If all of the synchros went at once, I'd be wondering if the wrong tranny fluid is in there... But, the '02 cars weren't anywhere nearly as sensitive to tranny fluid as the older cars. Having it jump out of 5th is rather suspect -...

I'm confused on one thing with that, wouldn't the new gear ratio that let's
it get to 202, 15 seconds faster, mean that it would lower the top speed?
How does a gear change raise the top speed AND acceleration? Can someone
edumacate me on that?

I've been waiting for a Viper to make the show. It should do really well given the hwy mileage. It would be a hard car to beat in any of the challenges on pavement. However the challenges on dirt will be very interesting...

On my monitor it looks more gold than anything resembling yellow. We'll
have to see it in person. I never have trusted a computer monitor to
