Article from Reuters: Did U.S. make mistake in skipping vaccine additive? I found this a good overview of differences in US vs. European approaches to the swine flu vaccination, including why and with what possible results.

Susan, Happy Birthday to your DD! Cheetos and Fritos used to be my favorite junk food, before the corn allergy. But it's fine, I don't like potato chips much so now I eat baby carrots with my sandwiches for some crunch and they're better for me anyway. Erica~I hate when my favorite anything is discontinued, hope you find some. Jackie~your life is exercise, lol. Go easy on yourself. Planning on Fat Burning Fusion tomorrow am....

I myself am waiting until closer to the deadline to mail mine. I can't even THINK about Christmas yet! It's not even Thanksgiving! LOL! I ordered a DVD that already came, and I've got a couple of other items, but I want to pick up another item or two. My person's going to have to wait until December for her gift! I plan on disclosing myself with a card inside the package. BTW, are we going to post what we get here or start...

True point. One reason I haven't caved before now is the space issue. I'm not sure where I would put it--even with the pieces nested. Still, the incline looks fun...and every now and then I'm doing a dvd that asks for some sort of bench (often taller) to lie on for some move or other. Of course, too, I'm thinking that if I got this I could probably get rid of my fanny lifter and my old bolinger step. Part of me just wants...

Published (2009-11-20 14:50:00)
I did the workout this morning and was a bit disappointed. In all fairness, I am recovering from a flu bug, have horrible hayfever and we're in the middle of an extreme heatwave, so I wasn't really in the mood to work out, but I pushed through it. I definitely think the workout is intermediate, apart from some tough planks and pushups with one hand on the ball. I liked the music and the tough core work in the last quarter. I...

I did the TTD hips CD last night too, so I know what you mean by "wowsers"! I guess I need to do that one more often.
I have minor shoulder problems that were probably caused by unbalanced weight workouts. Too much chest and anterior delt work compared to back work can cause constriction in the shoulder joints. Now I know better.
I've been using Jill's TTD rotator cuff CD for a ...

I'm not buying another Leslie until . . .
she changes to a different set. I mean, I like that set just fine, but how many workouts do I need that use it?
She wouldn't have to change anything else, just have it in a nice outdoor setting for a change - her backyard would probably be fabulous for a workout setting!
And in the...

I've never heard of her before (or her workouts) but I was just looking through the website and she seems pretty cool! I don't think I'm going to buy her dvd(s) since she includes a bunch of instructional ones that I don't need and I already have a ton of KB workouts.
If anyone is getting these, though, I'd love to hear reviews!

I feel the same. This is the first Cathe series that I am passing on in years. I will get the band workout and I wish they would sell the circuit one separately. But that is it. I have no interest in any of the others including the cardio core one. I am no longer out to push myself to that point. I have just discovered barre/ballet and am loving it.

What did YOU do for sport and fun as a kid?

Snapfish: I also really like the back pain relief and prevention episodes on the 2008 series.
I haven't done any classical stretch since Tuesday. I have been keeping with my Action Hero rotation doing those workouts three days per week alternating with cardio. I have been also been doing the kundalini yoga pretty much everyday. Because there are only so many hours in the day I have been ...
