Varicoceles are fairly common and generally do not require treatment, although a surgical procedure called a varicocelectomy can be done to correct the condition. A varicocelectomy does not cause sterility, in fact it is often performed for the purpose of improving fertility. If this condition wasn't shown on your entrance examination and developed after you entered active duty, you can certainly claim service connection. I wouldn't...

why not a reconsideration, like they said look at the letter see what the 70% level or 100% level....if you feel they didnt get it right,it happens get letters from friends, letters from wife ect,and most important talk to your dr(s) and ask them for a letter explainning your condition, oviously your dr would have to agree with you, then submit it as a reconsideration based on new evidence,va will take a look at it and make a new decision based...

I am helping a friend with his claims and he is 60%. When he filed for DBII he went in for the AO regestery processing he informed them that he had
parkensons. They told him that parkensons was not presumptive and his claim would be denie3d. When I found out that Parkensons had been added to the
presumptive list we went to the VFW and filed the claim. A week later he called the hot line to ask...

I called them before I started my claim and the extremely obnoxious person I spoke with started telling me I couldn't file until I was retired, and I
wouldn't get anymore than 20% and all kind of nonsense, needless to say I never went there.
As for your first question, not much. You will be the best person to handle your claim. The VSO may know the ropes a little better, but it does not mean ...

My suggestion would be to contact the local VA Hospital and talk with the Social worker there. They are very versed on this topic. As far as using the VA
in-patient program it will depnd on her Service conected disabilities. Another way that may piss her off is to have her committed for a evaluation threw your
local court system. But, all of your local and state laws will be known by your VA ...

Sorry, I have to agree with the VA on this one. If you felt good enough to wait until your wife got dressed, and have her drive you down to the hospital,
instead of the VA, which could not have been more then another 10 miles by your description, then you were not in a life threatening situitation. Next time,
call an ambulance, they have life saving equipment, and can provide care sooner then it...

"evidence does not show a confirmed dianosis of PTSD which would permit a finding of service connection"
There is no evidence of a diagnosis, why ever would they bother to verify a stressor?
I sent them persons name -unit -date of assault

Just a thought...
I am just speaking as someone who HAS done this with other organizations/companies.
If something is off with the personnel you talk to, you might want to let the head honcho know. I did this with Sears once because of a VERY bad incident with
their catalog dept. I let them know the facts and responses. I sent this to the Head person in the NW as well as the main office. ...

Brother, you are shitting in high cotton!!!A added signature to your
final claim happens when you are receiving an unusually large amount of $$$$!!It can slow that process up a little BUT your going to be getting a major check.
Its been a long time coming , Congratulations.

Contact the clerk of courts where you were born and get a certified copy.
