I LOVE LOVE LOVE cooking and baking etc. I am a huge fan of cooking shows and really like watching The Food Network. They have every kind of show, every kind of chef BUT there is NOT ONE half hour special dedicated to vegetarian or vegan cooking. So I've recently found myself burried in zucchini. First I made zucchini bread. Then last night I made stuffed zucchini. Tonight, I chopped up the left over stuffed zucchini and mixed it with spaghetti noodles. All I have left is one zucchini, what shall I do with it?

I noticed a lot of people on this board saying things like "meat is murder" or "its wrong and selfish to eat animals". Ok, I love animals and I could not stand to see one killed for anything, but I really don't think that eating meat is in itself wrong or immoral.
