Tofu scramble. Stuffed shells? They're always a winner. You don't even need the vegan cheese, just mash the tofu by hand if they've yoinked your food processor, and add garlic and whatever else, like basil, stuff the al-dente cooked shells, cover with sauce, bake. Easy and good. You can add spinch or mushrooms if you like them, or olives. Any veggies, really. __________________ "Be the change you want to see in the...

What about the measuring tapes that seamstresses use? What about taping the measuring stick to the wall and putting fraidy-dog next to it?

These are indeed my first Earth shoes that I haven't returned. I can't really tell the difference with the negative heel. They're comfy shoes (now that the strap is off) and I actually like how they look more without the strap. Several reviews on Zappos mention the strap being way too tight, too, so I guess I'm not the only one.

Do I need to worry about getting calcium and anything else? I don't eat dairy, meat, avoid sugar, eggs, don't drink soda. I eat nuts occasionally. But don't really think about what I need to eat to get nutrients. I mostly think about what not to eat. Other than that I eat whatever I feel like eating. But some people (meat eaters, who I don't necessarily trust their nutritional judgment, ...

it takes all the fun and love you get when you make it with family and
friends.I love to cook so this Thanksgiving I hope that I get make a vegan
dish or two.I am leaning towards stuffed tofurky and peach cobbler with
tofutti ice cream...mmmmm.

What I took from that is Steve does not Gary.
If he wants to really critique and provide a viewpoint, he'll have to do it without all the adhominen for me to pay attention. Folks with Dr. in their titles are supposed to know how to do that.
