Hi, good to see you started a logg!! some questions: are the first series with dumbels? (as bench press 3 x 5) I'm not the food expert on this forum, but to me it looks like you eat very little. and no carbohidrate (pasta, bread, rice,...). Is this a normal day for you? keep up your logg!! _________________ support this wonderfull organisation: http://www....

I buy most of my cycle clothing from either wiggle or crc when it's on offer. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Offers.aspx http://www.wiggle.co.uk/d/PriceDrop/12/1/1/ It's generally end of line stuff with a limited range of sizes or colours so you might have to keep checking back until they've got something in the size and colour you want. _________________ Gray Wolf ( ...

Good on you mate! I did it loads back home, but cant donate here because I am African so higher risk for stuff. When I donated plasma they used to love how much more liquid mine was because of the low fat diet I had. The nurses would put them all on the table and poke mine to compare it to the others.
