please tell me I'm not the only one! carbs make up the majority of my meals and I know that's really bad but I can't help it! I either prepare and eat a lot of couscous or quinoa, or can go through bags of tostitos throughout the week. I turn to nutrition bars or cereal for the crunchy carb feel and then oatmeal in the mornings usually. the dining hall at my college sometimes cooks the veggies...

I just thought I would let people know I recieved an email today saying that many of Green and Blacks chocolates now contain dairy milk. Not suprising really seeing as they were bought by Cadburys a few years ago, this contamination of once vegan products was inevitable when bought by a dairy company. www.greenandblacks.com _________________ The animals of this world exist for ...

I have been consuming quite a lot of protein in the form of shakes over the past few months (4 or 5 scoops on average a day). I have just used up my last scoop of pea protein I have a few servings of yummy chocolate Rego left and some BCAA powder. I am experiencing my own personal credit crunch at the moment, so I have decided not to re-order any more protein powder....

www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/art-and-a rchitecture/news/banksy-becomes-a-pet-shop-boy-in- new-york-956692.html This could well make some people stop and think about their relationships with animals - why they still tuck into fish yet keep goldfish as pets - would be great if this exhibition got a few people to go vegan, or at least vegetarian. Banksy said he wanted to ...

Thanks killer. 2x a day, huh? I'll see what I can do for your reading pleasure - however, I wouldn't hold my breath. But if I attend a VFW that you're attending I can apply jointlocks, bloodchokes, and armbars on you at least twice a day if you'd like. Sunday: 3x 15 - Crunches 3x - 15 Reverse Curls Each side - 3x - 15 Side Jack Knife Plank A couple of minutes ...

I have a grasp on some of the elements of the current economic crash, but what I don't understand is the concept of the Stock Market and why it's so crazy and detrimental (to whom?) when it keeps "going down". Does this simply mean that large corporations and businesses that list on the stock market are losing shareholders, and essentially money? Does that mean businesses on the stock market are...

I picked up a sample bag of vegan cat food this weekend, I had always assumed that at least one of my cats (who is so fussy she won't eat most types of cat food or 'treats' including fish) wouldn't go near it - but they both wolfed it down and seemed to love it. I'm now wondering if they could be healthy on a vegan diet. I was recently shocked at realising the food we have been giving them, a ...

Pop, or whatever you want to call it I love drinking the stuff no matter how bad it is for me. I figure that I make up for the soda drinking by only drinking water all day and eating healthy. I tend to only drink it at work in moderation because it's free. My soda of choice is Mountain Dew or Dr. Pepper. I know I can't be the only one who likes it.

new training log to chart the rehab from pec major injury till the end of the year. Short history: I have always had shoulder pains from squatting and benching and it turns out i had tight pec major tendon which was being overstressed. Then being a proper idiot i went too heavy on wide grip bench and the left side pec major tendon pulled clean off the bone. Surgery followed and ...

Me and buzz are ordering a bunch of these badboys: 22g of protein per tasty bar - not as sweet as builders bars, and personally thats why i prefer these. And those who know my unrelentless love for builder bars know i wouldnt say that lightly Ingredients: Non GMO Soya (Texturized Soy Protein (55%), Ground Whole Soybeans (8%), Cocoa Butter (Trans Fat Free), Dextrose, ...
