Yes, I've been following him too. He's got a really good approach to diet and is a brilliant advocat for veganism. I can't wait to see how he gets on with ultraman! _________________ "Ultra marathon legend and plant-strong Scott Jurek claims that his body has become so adept at absorbing his nutrient rich foods that he needs to eat less and operates at a higher efficiency. Hi,
good to see you started a logg!!
some questions:
are the first series with dumbels? (as bench press 3 x 5)
I'm not the food expert on this forum, but to me it looks like you eat very little. and no carbohidrate (pasta, bread, rice,...). Is this a normal day for you?
keep up your logg!! _________________ support this wonderfull organisation:

Good to see a new training log. Are you going to compete in any new sports, or is it just health and fitness now?

I buy most of my cycle clothing from either wiggle or crc when it's on offer.

It's generally end of line stuff with a limited range of sizes or colours so you might have to keep checking back until they've got something in the size and colour you want. _________________ Gray Wolf ( ...

Thankfully, I'm not a heavy sweater and my sweat doesn't really smell too bad, so I can generally go without.
I've heard that some vegans sweat smells rather nice, but that may be just rumor.

I think frozen is meant to be better than fresh, but canning mullers the vitamin C and K content of veg and probably others as well.

Good on you mate!
I did it loads back home, but cant donate here because I am African so higher risk for stuff.
When I donated plasma they used to love how much more liquid mine was because of the low fat diet I had. The nurses would put them all on the table and poke mine to compare it to the others.
