It is a very entertaining case. From a strict interpretation of contractual law, looks pretty simple, but the question I would ask...does this kind of contract allows the seller of the goods to get paid for a service he will not provide or will perform at a substandard level of acceptance to the the buyer or what a reasonable person will consider to be acceptable?

I recently read an interesting article on the Constitution of the Confederate States of America (you know, the failed Nation started by the secession of the Southern States during the 1860's). Apparently their constitution had some pretty good provisions which would have eliminated a lot of the unethical appropriation of funds that we see today. For example: Quote: The Confederate Constitution also eliminated omnibus spending bills by...

Lippincott's and USMLE World questions are the best things you can do for yourself. The test is mostly biochemistry so it's best to really get that down. There's a bit of DNA/RNA/protein synthesis stuff, but that's covered sufficiently in Lippincott's, I would say. There's a bit of genetics, but for the most part, it was kind of basic... you could do some USMLE world questions on the Genetics ...

This is unfortunate for those, like myself, who already have a long-standing third party plan for their family.
On the bright side, this $325 fee will (I am assuming) just be tacked onto the multiple fees already being deducted from financial aid - meaning that there is one less step during registration.

Thanks a lot for posting, sounds like you're well on your way!
I am kinda in the same boat, maybe with a little more water though. (3 step 1 failures and 1 cs failure) Have 3 interviews so far, hoping for a couple more but unlikely since the CS failure.
Anyway, all my interviews have gone really well and I'm hoping for a pre-match, but not set in stone yet. Otherwise will be terrified if I ...

For the record that exam was pretty cake.
Furthermore, it was clear the exam was from the two genetics professors. First because neither M nor H understand genetics at that level, and secondly because we haven't until now taken an exam with clear, concise grammar and spelling.
Whereas the embryology exam was based off of pure memorization and arbitrary topics, this exam was mostly ...
