i dont believe there are any 32bit templates, not sure why this is the case but its might be because there architecture and setup doesnt lend well to running 32bit stuff, besides 32bit is become less and less important as 64bit starts coming through and really developing i dont actually think its easily possible to switch to 32 bit from 64, at the very least the kernel has to change but its ...

In my experience it only takes a couple of minutes to do the restore itself. You could get caught in a queue for reboot though...

quite possibly you may need to reoptimise your setup, but it shouldnt prevent the site from working if you have upgraded your vm and restarted there are plenty of relevant articles on the forum... the search tool is your friend
