I was one of his victims that has since come forward to the police only to be told that it is not a criminal matter but a civil matter. I know at least 4 other women that have been affected by his scam - He has a massive history of this deception. Surely it is criminal for him to be doing this - i cannot vent my frustration loud enough!!
