Transparency to one man is a brick wall to another. There is a currently serving republican govenor in Louisiana who promised transparency. i would hope that this legilation hr-3404 would be adopted asap. this is an absolute "must" as the employment picture continues to darken. this would ensure those people would be able to make house payments, and contribute to the whole economic picture. not passing this would be a disaster
