The school has to coordinate with the recruiter, and it all has to be approved by Headquarters of the USMC. The recruiter faxes paperwork to the school, they sign off, then get HQ to approve it all!

Good morning 2/2 I came to you all this morning with a heavy heart, I will be sending a wreath to the funeral home for Lcpl Nick Hand from the 2/2 parent network, if any of you would like to help let me know and i will send you the info. My brother and sister in law are at Miramar. He is a SSgt with 323. They live in the Chollas Heights military housing and the view from their backyard is incredible! The house is really nice too.

Good morning Pam I too have been up for awhile of course I am coughing my head off. I will wait until tomorrow to take these 2 test because I fell asleep at 9:00 last night and didn't get the studying done I needed to. Belinda safe travels today. Pam enjoy your cooking. Afternoon Residents! Just found out that Fierce and Tiny Dancer are coming down on Tuesday! Kind of a shocker to me, cuz I thought she wasn't all that thrilled about coming anyway! dj my son started out in 4th and is also not happy with the switch. he said they were "tight" in 4th. He had a brand new pair of sunglasses "dissappear" on saturday night from his new platoon...needless to say, he is not pleased....My husband made it to NC at 7:00 this evening, ready to head back to Ma in the morning with 3 Marines!!!! Woo-Hoo

Hi, usmcusa - my son graduated 9/11 and his orders say report to ITB 9/22.
I read somewhere that they may be backed up - do you know when we will find
out if they are? Will he report, and work around the base waiting or will
his report date be pushed back? This is a whole new world...
