I have a rules question for you smartypants out there. I was at TCU @ SDSU and countless times I would see TCU players in motion, but they would never stop...sometimes they would take cuts right as the ball was snapped and get a running start...when did NCAA Football become Arena Football? Am I missing something? Sometimes I would see that guy running AND the RB running pre snap to already be in position to take the hand off. This should be...

I went and got the record book: http://web1.ncaa.org/web_files/stats...rb/2010/D1.pdf One team: Ohio State took 150 PIM 1/30/81 Combined: Maine-BU combined for 268 PIM 1/24/04 Oh, and for those of you who know me, team with the most penalties in a game: Ferris took 36 on 3/7/98. That might have been the "biting incident" game.

We can roll 2 good lines this year with McIntyre, Smith, Day, Brisebois, Cox and Williams, which is more than we've had since probably 2005

Who watched Friday Night Lights?
Despite having watched it the first time through, I am rewatching it this Spring for two reasons:
1. It is that good.

With a talented team returning and a great group of freshmen coming in, there is plenty of reason to be excited. The above post showed all the scoring returning, but Im excited to have 5 of 6 defenseman back and all have tremendous talent and upside. If the Irish get solid goaltending, they have a great chance to take full advantage of what could be a bus trip NCAA Tournament run to Fort Wayne...
