Personally, I would immediately insult my old lady, who would then immediately commence firing HER weapon at whatever idiot didn't instantaneously hit the floor. This would invariably take out the BG since I know enough to hit the deck right away. So, ok, I'm being a smart-ass; I agree with Festus. If the gun jams, MOVE, then tap, rack, clear. Re-engage. That's how I was trained.

It sounds like a project gun or possibly one that met the Armory criteria for a sniper and was held in reserve but no further action taken. My advice is that if the bore is in "good" shape or better...get it it will make a great project gun for a synthetic stock and decent cheap scope.

I think the look of Stag horn is just classy but so is ivory.
I would go with a wrap around that has finger serrations or with the laser grips just for the cool tactical/useful factor.

This looks like it absolutely fails due process of law. An arrest for something is meaningless without a conviction. Any misguided or misinformed law enforcement officer can make an arrest and be proven wrong in doing so after a better review of evidence or exoneration in a court of law.
