FST-7 for Biceps

I normally do biceps at the end of a back session so they are already quite pumped up. I do a heavy movement such as barbell curl for 4 sets and then an isolation movement such as preacher curls or E-Z bar curls for the FST-7 set. Last workout was: Hammer Curl - 8-10 x 4 E-Z Bar Curl - 8-10 x 7 (with 30-40 seconds rest inbetween) Remember this was after a back session. to be honest i bought couple of tub big once while it was on sale 32.99 each .. taste wise is 5 star top stuff .. but is got too much fat for post workout .. it's more like meal replacement powder rather than just pure whey ..13g carb 22 p and 6 fat with 2g sat fat but it taste amazing i also got 5KG of nutrisport whey .. that stuff is lovely i got vanila

Think i may give the micro dosing a go just for the hell of it lol. if it helps bring my quads and bi's up even just a little i will be a happy man lol. altho im not going to micro as much as dat recommends i am going to split my jabs into 5 injections do it twice a day i think.

Deca is fake I'm sorry to say, the Font isnt quirte right on the labels, the letters should have a slightcurve to the ends of them.
