Things have been slightly marred by my tenants in my house in Southend breaking windows and going two months in to arrears. They've been served with notice, three weeks left on that, but are not communicating at all. This means they could well stay put after the notice runs out and I'll have to drag them through the courts for months before I get them out.... don't suppose anyone has had any experience with this? Exactly where...

yep it was cool. I am looking forward to the Lego program.
I have spent many fun nights with my son biulding Lego bridges across bits of the house then seeing if he can drive his radio control car across without it breaking.... Important for kids to understand how to build/design stuff. Plus dad can help/play LOL

I agree, Stoner...wot a twit.
Would have been a bit more interesting had Stoner not thrown his bike down the road.
Nicky did quite well, although Ben Spies put on a good show, we shall see how he shapes up next season.

There are bargains to be had. There are also different processes in making
so some are cheaper than others. You can get fleeced when you look at some
ebay prices. There are some bits from Japan for sale and Im personally
scared to order from there.
