Effective Article Marketing!

I have been reading this post 5 Reasons Why Article Submission Is A Poor SEO Tactic which claims that article marketing is a poor SEO tactic and instead it suggests: "Publishing informative articles on your own website and marketing them on social media and press release sites etc. is a great SEO tactic and the rewards can be plentiful." What are peoples thoughts on this. How do you get people to add your articles to their...

I don't think the 3 request limit on 'allvouchercodes' is enough as i'm having to keep resetting the request count back to 0 so most can import all vouchers. Darian, the account I think you are using is probably still doing 20 requests in 24 hours.. is it possible to reduce this or do you think we need to increase it at our end.. the problem really was those doing it hundreds of times a day (which they still are), but they...

Just type the keyword into Google and hit search
I use these tools for gauging competition:
Backlinks Checker Tool - Backlink Watch - Tells you how many backlinks, anchor text etc etc.
www.google.co.uk/trends - Great for knowing how the seasons/time effects a search term. Never assume because your getting 30000 hits now that you'll get them during the summer...

This is a common occurence for new websites, give it a week or so then check for your site using site: http://www.mygamingcomparesite.com to see where it is.
It will be there, new sites generally vanish then come back again shortly afterwards.

Questions are fine by me - I've spent a lot of time over the last half
decade answering them, but nowadays most of them seem to be pretty
transparent attempts at self promotion, or just plain lazy, and that gets
right on my nerves too.

Sounds like the Affiliate Challenge a couple of years ago, which was a really great concept that the person who created it got a bit bored with and gave up on.
Good luck with the challenge - look forward to seeing the updates.

You can reward a better performing affiliate by paying him more commission.
Issuing exclusive codes will only alienate you regular affiliates - and that will be to your long term detriment.

Unless you are sitting on a pile of cash first step is get another job.
Then set yourself up trading, learn from your mistakes and go fulltime when you have enough money or have enough mistakes under your belt to know your game well enough to dive in.

I think using the term ethics is wrong in this context. You select which merchants you work with and list.
So on this issue profits.
Always remember life is like a sh1t sandwich. The more bread you have the less you have to eat. So profits all the way on this.

Hi there,
Could I ask that you send in a ticket to supoort.uk@tradedoubler.com so that when I have followed up all of these I can contact you directly.
Its going to take me a little while to investigate each one. There are no issues as far as I am aware of with Kelkoo but I am in the process of checking just in case.
Feel free to give me a call to discuss 08703833550

40% is a popular estimate but for my own sites of which many are number one I get around 5-10%.
Things like the amount of PPC ads and the quality of your site description/snippet that is shown in the serps are going to play a big part in how many people click through to your site.
I posted some figures on my blog a while ago...
