I take it thats your Tai number then. It will be a mate of mine from work that lives over your way so I will ask him first. He can then just hand carry out the wheel to me. He just has one of them small roller cases so would have to fit in there as well. I will look and get back to you. Cheers

The firts one looks more like it, though it seems to have some difference at rear and on the gearbox side bracket, (which was cut off in my assembly) so maybe it could be used.

yes smaller chokes and a rejet will help,
in reality the 45 is probably too big full stop and you'd be better off with a 40,
or better still a pair of 40's,
the only other way your going to dramatically improve the bottom end without going to fuel injection would be fit a milder cam

Original pics - spotted it in the Autotrader
The bloke who had it had fitted 2 new wings and a sill, a s/h front panel, and then gone mental with the welder and plated up the many holes. I was never a fan of his work as it wasn't the neatest but, to be fair, it is still solid and not rusting yet.

The shell was delivered to me in late April after having been stripped by SPL, this is the first dip, which removes all the paint , filler, and shows where any suspect rust areas may be by letting the orange leach out.
The chassis will be re-dipped when its completed and then E-coated for full protection .

Peugeot 205 Engine Swap
Not sure if its of any interest, but am almost finished with my 205 GTI engine swap.

Some bits and bobs for the new engine. Sorry for the poor picture quality I wery often leave my camera home when I go to the carage and I have to settle to my Nokia.
I'm now waiting for the cylinder head to come back from the shop. And for the big end bearings to arriwe. Otherwise the bottom end is put together.
