Points: 1) Barry Manilow and Celine Dion are awful....no argument there. 2) Morris Dancing is no worse than Square Dancing. Not any better either. 3) Haggis is delicious when cooked correctly....and add lots of cheese. 4) At least France is standing up against the Muslims taking over their culture. 5) I believe in Temperance. Leave at least one beer for tomorrow before you leave to the liquor store to get more. 6) Oh really? You guys did so...

Right you daft buggers, lets get this right. We speak and spell proper English. We invented the language. It is a Bonnet, Mudguard, bumper, petrol tap, Petrol tank, spanner etc etc. Anything else is a bastardisation of the language. If you think that the way you chaps spell it is the right way your a buch of wazzocks.

I have not done this mod.
Though looking at your pic i'd just get a piece of pvc pipe the right diameter to go over the fork leg and cut it to length, paint it black or whatever colour and slip it on.

Now continuing on...... I had a good friend of mine who wanted a track bike and took a shining to the TT. He had a 2002 S3 that was a little worse for wear but made a very fair trade. I took the S3 home and was happy that I had a winter project. I love these bikes and I desperately wanted a 955 in my garage. Well 6 weeks later the blue beat up Speedy is now done:

In House Record, Many Spoke With One Voice: Lobbyists’

You should hunt down Propforward on this one or at the very least, do a thread search on his stuff...he will definitely have the advise to set you straight. You will have to re-jet for the pipes as well as the snorkel removal if you go that route...to what exactly I can't tell you.

It's been my observation that go-fast stuff on most bikes is pricey (quality stuff anyway).
If I'm not mistaken, (can't rule it out) the TPUSA cams are essentially stock cams that have been upgraded/remanufactured to the improved spec. Similar in concept to what you described. Not a knock in any way, TPUSA stuff has a really good rep, but I am fairly certain that's why they do the core/...

I'll leave thread-specific comments to the moderator in question, but I will point out in general that it's not practical to have a survey every time we're considering closing a thread. Of course, unless a thread is permanently deleted, it's always possible to reopen them.
Unless you see a systematic problem with the moderating, it might be better to ask these sorts of questions directly to...

My wrenches are in the holder they came in; the sockets are all on socket rails, piled lovingly in the bottom of the tool box that I use for sockets and wrenches. I generally try to keep the tools categorized (this box for electrical, this box for plumbing, etc.), but I'm a far cry from the foam cutout stage of organization. My garage is a bit of a mess, actually. The tools are all clean, ...
