It was a great ride. Weather was nice. I'm thinking of getting to NL 45 minutes earlier and giving myself a head start. CW first then CCW second?

David, Mark, hope we see you out there. The planned route is to start CCW until the new trail off the gauntlet. There we'll take the new trail over to way in way out and then turn right and ride CW back to the start. Then we'll start a CW route to the new trail and ride it up (opposite direction of previous), then when we hit the gauntlet, turn left and finish the CCW lap back to easy...

Its in my budget. Time to retire the going on nine year old GF sugar. She's be swell... Don't quite know what I want though, so many options! Another full susp? Maybe a HT 29er? The roscoe has piqued my interest...don't know if it fits what I actually ride though. I see many demos and test rides in my near future!

Hi all, We will be leaving at 8am. Meet at the Starbucks at Harrison and Weston Pkwy and we will carpool from there. Looks like we have a good group going. Weather is supposed to be nice! Pack a lunch and extra food so when we're out on the trail we can stop and chow, then start riding again. We will stop on the way home for a bite to eat. See ya then!

This is terrible, the shooter that was driving the car replies, I was the one who felt truly, truly threatened. Really, why did he stop and bother the family if he was fearful of a husband, wife and kid on a bike ride? And I loved the statement about the judge, The judge found no aggravating factors, come on, the guy just shot a man. The worst part is the normal sentence is 20-39...

Nobody should feel too bad about riding behind him - he is a multiple winner of the Great Divide/Tour Divide spectacle. That beast of a ride starts in Banff,Canada and ends at the Mexican border ...

I don't own one, as it would not make sense where I live, but if I lived anywhere near ATT, Umstead, Raleigh Greenway System or others, then on a day like today when a lot of trails are closed, but you don't really want to spend your whole day on the road fighting shoppers with a mission, you could ride to the bike path, and string together a nice urban ride. I've had many nice rides ...
