Jaguars (+7) @ Jets: Mark Sanchez seems to have a sharp learning curve. He is protecting the football better and reading the coverage better than he was just a few weeks ago. While this looks impressive it is 240 hrs out, so that is a negative. It has, however, shown up on the gfs and euro, and each of the models show a potential vetrans day storm.

I kind of thought second half winter as well. I also see 1992-93 as a potential analog and that winter started out very mild but then ended quite well.

Bonus point deadlines are the next three Saturdays followed by the main deadline on the last Saturday of October (Halloween). For meteo winter, I will do snowfall contests for the month, instead of for rainfall. But I will still have snowfall contests for individual storms.
