Does anyone else here sweat really heavily during training/racing?
I suffer from cramp usually around the 25th KM of a marathon. No matter how much training I do and what I take to replace the lost salt. I have read that Sodium and Magnesium are what I need more of, but nothing does it in the right quantity.
I can comfortably run a half-marathon without the need for salt ...

After showering, there's no need to walk through the changing rooms drying your hair as you go.

I have the worst road rash ever and want to know what can I do to help make it heal quicker, or is there anything I can take to relieve the pain.
