I think that thing about getting your money back is not true. I just heard there was
a haunted house in Tyler like that.
There is a good one on I-35E a little south of Hwy. 121. I went there.

if your a budding journalist you need to get out and meet people
face to face find them anywhere network or whatever its called.
you could try a pub in the afternoon you're sure to find someone who talks of emigrating anyway.

Well i live in the Sunset and it is a very nice safe neighborhood right
by the water. And the houses there are very nice and usually cheap.
i pay 2,200 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Most of the houses in this neighborhood have in laws downstairs and it is diffucult to find good ones without. But this is definitly the most affordable/safest neighborhood in the city.

No. Water temps are in the mid 50's. Daytime air temps are about 50-60. You might get a day in the 70's (or as low as the upper 40's), but the water is too cold to swim in. Unless you have a FULL wetsuit, that is. You can see the surfers out there, but you'll also notice that they have full wetsuits on, and they
don't stay out there too long. And they only go if there's a chance of good waves....

mine is june 18 because it's my birthday...or maybe july 1st because it's the first day that really
