If it is a L/C, then you would get documents from your bank. The majority of proper banks, would not have paid out on the L/C , if the documents were not in order and not the original documents. The exporter normally in this case only sends documents that non-negotiable. If this is not an L/C and you are sure that the documents are false, then you have to do as Peace Guy says.
