You need to register as self employed within 3 months btw so if you haven't done it for a while then best to claim you haven't. However, why would you want to register if you're getting away with it? Let's not beat about the bush. The Revenue are the Mafia in Marks and Spencer suits. They are scum. Tax is extortion. They have absolutely no right to your money. I don't think, I trade , and if I am wrong , I stop out .
It doesen't matter , what the Price is , go with him or against , then you will win .
I say long , but that is only for one day , because if something happend , oil will
fall 5-10$ again .
If you could manage you stopmanagment and your moneymanagment , you will
win all time , because it doesn't matter what direction oil goes ....

There are so many considerations to take into account, i would basically divide the market players into two catagories, those who make and those that don't. For me personally, looking any deeper than this is futile, there are just too many combinations of if, but, how, why, when etc.

Clearly it's not investment in the classical sense. By the definition in that article, and I think also probably what most of us prefer to think of it as, it is speculation, rather than gambling.
However, it would seem that a high proportion of us (estimates vary, but tend to be around the 90% mark) are not very good at doing the necessary calculations associated with speculation, as opposed ...
