sometimes I wonder how people get into certain managerial positions. The manager in charge of the importer office I look after has now managed to make the third person resign within three months. She hasn't a clue about people management, teamwork, leadership or showing respect to her fellow man/woman. This woman should be stripped of her rank and made to wash the dishes in the staff canteen....
