The scene where Sheldon was doing the radio interview and his voice kept getting higher and higher was very well done. Jim Parsons did an excellent job during that scene. SDV -> tuning adapter (something that MSOs have voluntarily agreed to provide) dropping analog -> helps TiVo (and Moxi -- hurts their competitors) copyright protection -> is a law that is far beyond the MSOs

You can see a Moxi v. TiVo feature comparison right here . Many expect TiVo to show a new, improved DVR in early January, so you might want to delay your decision until then. TiVo's CEO said the company would have a DVR with "new user interface features" and "product improvements" for sale at Best Buy in early 2010.

Good idea.
So far the eliminations are right on. Was surprised Irvin actually improved. Felt really bad for Tom Delay. That looked painful. Especially since he also improved. But he's probably next.

If you don't need following features TiVo has that Moxi doesn't then Moxi will probably suit you just fine:
- Transfers to a PC
- Advanced Wishlists
- OTA support
- Great 3rd party tools
(1st 2 are deal breakers for me).

The only question I have is how do I pair/initialize the TA? It's currently not connecting to the upstream modem nor performing any SDV functionality.
And don't forget to tell your techs that they need to know this too, and don't forget to also connect the USB cable. Seems they only have coax training for this so far.

Per card, but I don't have my bill handy to see what the costs is - a quick google says $3.99. $8 bucks a month is a small price to pay for Verizon's superior offerings, and not having to reward Comcast with my business.

I wonder this myself and I"ve concluded that many people aren't into that kind of specific humor. I think it's witty/sarcastic kind of humor which, let's face it, some people just don't get, so they won't find it funny. As opposed to traditional sitcoms like "Raymond" or "Friends" that pretty much everyone on the planet can get into.
