I'm 6'2" and 250 lbs. 250Fs are just slow to me so I own a 250 smoker. That's what happens when you're big. Bikes that are "normal" to others are mini-bikes to us.

Money... Has to be worth the R & D, worth the production, the rejected product due to QAQC issues, has to be produced in such a way that it hits a price point users would buy it at. Personally, I'd not pay any more for this "precision fit" sprocket than I would the commonly available sprocket of today. As I know $.02 worth of anaerobic thread locker and that quality sprocket work just fine every time. It also...

GYTR 4.83 oz flywheel

The improvement to low end pull is kind of a subtle thing. It shows up one day when you find yourself thinking that the bike bike seems to really be running smooth and pulling hard at low speed, and you don't remember when it had that much grunt. Then you realize it's the flywheel doing it. I don't know it's three teeth worth or not, but it's certainly significant.

Woot My bike just needs new floats in the carb. No air leak, just green gas that was of a too high viscosity to flow through jets in a carbatator. Here is my baby, I washed it but it turned into an icicle.

I run a 13:49 with a 114x520 chain which is stock for my o4 and change to a 12:49 when riding tight rocky single track with my stock chain 114x520. I think with a 13:52 you will need at least a 116 link.

clean you hubs really well, spray them down with with pro-prep before you ride. after you ride they will be easier to clean. it is rather expensive stuff, maybe $12 a bottle or so, but it works well and makes your bike easier to keep clean.

Aftermarket side panels are a great idea!
But considering that the stock ones are light and a very suitable material already, I definitely think you should make yours a different design if you want to sell any.
Something along the lines of a Husky TE or Aprilia SXV would be awesome IMO, but anything more modern and less droopy looking would work.

That's just swell. What goes around, comes around.
BTW, in Randsburg, east of the Market/Cafe, at the Antique store on the South side of the street, Charlie will fix flats and has some generic parts available.

I buy my bikes in Oregon and dont register them when I bring them back to Wa. I find ways to cheat the stupid tabs. This state cant keep its hands out of the cookie jar. I am done paying for tabs that the money goes to something other than maintaining the riding area's we have/had.
