As I last reported the front springs seemed a bit soft so I installed Honda .32kg spring, big improvement. On one ride I brought my old RM with a XR200 motor and immediately realized the 46mm cartidge forks were stiffer feeling and yet softer on sharp edge bumps compared to the CR80 USDs on the XR. 100 cc's short may or may not indicate a leaky seal. Some oil is lost during normal operation more if you have a habit of laying it down.
You will only need to take off the right side case and clutch to get to the seal. Not neccesary to split cases. When you install new seal be sure to lube inner lip of the seal with premix but do not lubricate the outer mating surface. A screw driver can ...

i'd think it would be eay to adapt the throttle tube assy's of bikes like a pw50 etc.they usually have adjustable stops

I think everyone should have both in the garage. There's nothing like the low down grunt of my 525 and there's nothing like the thrill of feeling the hit of a smoker. I'm picking up an 05 YZ 250 today to compliment the 525.

Woot My bike just needs new floats in the carb. No air leak, just green gas that was of a too high viscosity to flow through jets in a carbatator. Here is my baby, I washed it but it turned into an icicle.
