Jumping Airplanes on Airports
Published (2009-11-23 14:06:00)
I tested with the stock planes and they aren't jumping like the other. I suppose really that I've got a bad graphiccard. It seems that there is no solution for that. And I tested to different installations of FSX, that means I used two different version (English/German) and different setup-DVDs . Since I have this computer (I bought for 2 years a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, harddiscs) with the 8800 GTX, I have that problem, so the...

So, have a happy holiday for Christmas. PS, I previously omitted rule # 3. "One should never insult a paying customer". Have a great weekend Peter, and thank you for all of your help. I will enjoy the new button that we have...

Can I map ALT key to button?
Published (2009-11-27 17:11:00)
For your first question: open editor or WordPad or anything else and insert this line into: ipc.keypressplus(18,1,4) -- ALT and focus to FS save this as ALTKey.LUA into your modules folder. Start FS and go into FSUIPC menu choose a button and choose from pull down "LUA ALTKey". Should work. note: I talk for FSX I don't know how that works with FS9, but I think it should (Pete?)

CPU and memory are OK, the video card a bit weaker than these, but scenery dense, autogen normal, texture qualities maximum, AI traffic stock at 50%, full airport animations, little other ground animations should be possible with this.

What is JS ??? I uses the words "Joy Stick" in the same sentence, so I thought the abbreviation "JS" would be evident!!! :):) I am using FS2004 and FSUIPC 3.93 Windows XP Pro. No corrupt files. The problem turned out to be, "CTRL S" was being used in FSUIPC while I was trying to find a comparative view for the FS function. Thus, I guess FS will not assign a duplicate entry. I deleted the ...

I'd like to tack on another question here, hope you don't mind too much. I'm using an old Saitek P8000, which is pad a with a hat and 37 buttons. FSUIPC only sees the first 32 buttons. Is there any way to get it to see the other five? Thanks again.

Hi everyone. The FSUIPC Sync Pos feature does well with throttle, pitch and mixture lever line up. However, I tried a LUA approach to compensate thrust assimetry, and it works very well too. Here's the code for twin engined aircraft - it easily can be adapted to four engined aircraft, and also for pitch and mixture. Code: Select all ...

First advice would be to look at very near by airports, Egelsbach, Mainz Finthen, Wiesbaden AB. If these also have no GA resp military traffic, then you have an AI traffic schedule for EDDF installed somewhere in incompatible format, that only affects locally and not globally. If these three do show AI traffic, disable the addon scenery in the scenery library and check again - if you now see AI ...

I once did so for EDVP, and submitted approx 700 cal signs to them. Unfortuantely, the format used by EDVP has changed several times, making all the work obsolete without any need for it, EDVP4 isn't able to import any of the older voive packs. This makes all this a hell of work...

The beauty of that screen shot surpasses the ability of language to describe it, and leaves one with the feeling of having come into the presence of art in its essence. Thank you. -Doug
