However when I got home I tried to register for an online account with them but when asked to choose the scheme I was applying for the option I was looking for wasn't there and hasn't been since. Does anyone know why ...

Everything is online for every other hall but Dev are sending out some information. However, that doesn't include the contract so, if you want to keep a copy, you will have to print it. However, the terms and conditions of the contract will remain on our website throughout so you don't need to print those if you don't want to.
