Its a TORX bit, like T50 or T55, I forget exactly. Make sure you're using
the right size though, because usually Torx are tapered a little, and a
size bigger will sort of fit, but not recess in all the way like the
correct size.

I just bought a set of used Lakewoods and all I can say is wow, for $75 they stopped my spinning altogether pretty much, they are a good investment you'll like them... I went with no gap and they ride great, girlfriend doesn't even complain about them, figured the competition setup would be to rough, not much rougher than stock IMHO.....

I think you're a little confused. The stock engine block is used on built engines. The block itself can handle a TON of power. its the internals that are the weak points of the stock block, not the block itself.
Doing rods, pistons, hardware, etc. you're setting yourself up just fine for a built setup. Built shortblock just means its a stock engine block with forged internals inside. ...

Have you tried swapping out the COPs with a known good one one at a time and seeing if it still does it? Its kind of tedious but it will determine whether or not you have a coil going bad. That would be my guess.

try these until it works!!!
1, disconnect the battery for a few minutes,
2, reset the trans parameters back to the stock settings in the tune
3, check the fluid level, run through the gears
4, I would put the stock VB back in and see if things go back to normal
5, get a dmpvb or punisher vb
(i had problems with 2 bad ftvb)
