Yes I did. I meant no dis respect. It is just easier to talk on the phone than writing it all down. Again, when I said I would walk you through it, I meant our procedures. Any idiot can disconnect a drain, and you are NO IDIOT ! So again, no disrespect was intended and none should be perceived. The "stand pipe system" we only used once in our 21 years of cleaning a Parking Facility. Of course you must clean the unit before...

Location of the flow switch is important. Look for piping that contains the water flow. From there you will find the flow switch.

Have you tried F13 on it? It works great at removing black streaks on gutters.

There's really not that much to it. Just spray on your mixture of SH through a pump of your choice (check out Bob, he has some nice units) let dwell for 20 minutes or so, and rinse with a garden hose of very low pressure from your washer. Just watch the runoff, it will burn the plants. I have several roofs to do this Sunday but I'll be working alone and it's hard to take videos by yourself. ...

Since it is newer wood, it will take a bit longer to dry.
It is not breathing as much as older wood.
Do a test area, and see if it takes.

Try Craigslist, ebay and the other p/w boards, post lots of pictures too.
This is unfortunately a tough time of year to sell and get a good price.
These machines depreciate tremendously as soon as they leave the dealer lot. It's a real long shot but talk to the dealer, maybe they can sell it for you on consignment.
Good luck.
