Debra, To my knowledge, you will have to input manually. I don' think that's changed. Unfortunately every vendor would have to work with Top Producer to allow that. I don't think Dean and Sony have done that. From what I've been told, it's a major hassle and we want to keep the costs as low as we can on the MMW Sony, anything different that I don't know
about??? John

Gmail is really good for that. They group all your conversations together in one thread...and you can easily just search on their name or email to see all the conversations you've had with them. D

Debra, The best email dialogues are exactly like a conversation. When you ask for something...and they give it to you...you need to reward them. In the example you gave...if they tell you what neighborhood they're looking for, you should respond with some listings, and another question. Hi Debra, River Run is a great neighborhood!
