Ok, I finally bought the new Greatest Hits and my girls are thrilled that they can now have my old one . I bought one for my sister, too, as her bday is next week. Who wouldn't want the New Kids wrapped up in a bow as a gift?!! Too bad it isn't the real thing! I am super excited to watch the DVD tonight!

WOW! Vol. 3! This year so far, collectively we have lost over 600 pounds! Obviously group support works! The Rules? Not really ANY rules, but we DO weigh on Fridays . IF you are weighed on a different day than Fridays (for Weight Watchers for example) just post the results on Fridays anyway. If M is mole Then the M would be represented by 5.1 (I think that is a simplified number that is often substituted for M in basic chem) So .527x5.1=2.7 I think. Honestly I don't recall where I pulled 5.1 out of my nether regions of my brain but does that ring a bell for anyone? as the value of m in an equation.
