I originally had thought that JCC-Pea was a fair and close fight, but after viewing it thoroughly, I do now believe that Pea deserved the win. It was a bad decision, not the worst, but not good. I have changed my view on Joe Calzaghe as a fighter and warrior. I never liked his style, and still I am not a fan of it, but he is a proven great fighter who has a serious will to win, and he is obviously very difficult to beat. I admire him as a...

If I were in vegas, I would bet chicago over the vikes sunday. not sure how I feel about favre. I love to watch him play but I don't know the full story of what happened in green bay or NY. I thought with all the interceptions he threw last year he was done. Now look at him.

Let's be honest, you've been highly critical of Pryor previously in other threads, most notably by taking shots at his opposition to diminish Pryor's biggest wins. If you've EVER favoured Pryor in any Fantasy matches here on CBZ please let me know because I missed it. Currently Manny is my favourite active fighter but but after spending the last couple of days comparing these two guys I stand by my original position that...

Banger after he lost to Antonio Margarito, landed on his feet in Pacmans corner as the stop the bleeding if any expert. Ive learned that the kind and generous Pacquiao paid Argentina native Miguel Diaz a cool $50,000 for his services during...

Defending the indefensible
http://edition.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/09...ted/index.h tml
Am I mad to think that the defending of this guy is absolutely appalling?
And, by heads of state and people in such high positions.
Wow, he made some good films, so that means that it's okay to rape a 13 year old girl, admit it and then flee from ...

Welcome to the wonderful world of Dick Tiger. One of my favorites. I have
all the fights you mention. Griffith-Tiger 1 was close, lots of people
think Tiger was robbed but I dont. I had Griffith winning a very close nod.
Tiger-Fuller 2 was an outright robbery. Fullmer was trying to survive in
hopes of some favorable judging which had helped him throughout his
championship reign. Tiger-Fullmer 3 ...

Re: Marvin Hagler vs Charley Burley
Hagler was great and so was Burley. Both had cast iron chins. Burley was never stopped nor knockdown and the same could be said for Hagler(discounting the punch/push down from Roldan). Both could punch but Burley had great boxing skill. Burley gave Archie Moore a good beating. I don't know who would ...

Manny Pacquiao vs Esteban De Jesus
Here's one for you. Does De Jesus have the combined speed, skill, power, cunning and resilience to upset Pacquiao at catch weight for the Jr Welterweight title?

Manny Pac v. Aaron Pryor 140 Lbs.
This one is as combustible as the Fenech fantasy match. But unlike that one I give Pryor a clear nod in this one. While it lasted it would be a total war but in this one I see Pryor taking over in the middle rounds & stopping Manny in the middle to late rounds.
If this is a 15 rounder Manny has even ...

Diggity - Hard to argue with your analysis . Kessler should win . I saw the Ward-Miranda bout on TV in which Ward dominated.
Calzaghe showed the blueprint to beat Kessler, speed , angles and flurries to upset Kessler's tempo. Ward will have to dictate the pace of the fight to win and outwork the sturdy Dane . Ward cannot win if he is going backwards . Should be a good fight !

Re: Conspiracy Nuts
I have to admit 10 that I don't recall the testimony of that person (Robin Cotton). But I would direct a question back to you - would it not make more sense to have someone come in to explain the DNA evidence after the evidence was presented? Having them explain what they are about to hear seems a lot less effective ...

Should Cotto fight anymore?
The guy's had wars with Torres, Judah, Mosely, Margarito, Clottey & now Pacquiao. Even in his wins, he was knocked around pretty good. All were damaging fights.
He's still young but should this guy really fight anymore?
I hate to say it but I'm thinking no just because Cotto's never takes easy fights.
