I'd like to thank you on behalf of the board for providing these great Windows 7 updates and your experience with the new operating system. I love my 64-bit windows media PC and I'm really happy that Microsoft was able to put out such a quality OS ( finally! ).

You could start with a program called CCleaner. It will clean out your registry, and has other features to help. Been using it for years with no problems. You can get it here: My link
