Well, I don't think they'll be making another petite cycle anytime soon, but IIRC, they rephrased the eligibility requirements in c14 to allow models under 5'7" on a case-by-case basis. There is no reason to think that they will not keep this clause for c15. Even if they remove the clause, The producers can pretzel the rules in order to allow their faves to participate (i.e. Saleisha, Fatima). My advice? Apply for c15...

I was really glad she didn't go!! First Millie totally disrespected her with the whole dress incident at Tric, and then the whole demanding money and being an ungrateful brat. Well, I know Lucas wasn't her first. It was clear the sex tape happened
before Brooke and Lucas got together, so I think it's safe to say she slept

I lost you at your first line. In case you missed it, not everyone loved
them. I'd say about 40-50% of viewers cannot stand them. Next to the Quinn
hate I've never seen a character like Peyton and a couple like Leyton hated
so much. Hilarie and Chad have chemistry? IMO, they have the worst couple
chemistry I have ever seen. Yes, even worse than Lucas/Lindsay.

I obviously like Nicole's performance better, but I expected Laura to win because of her winsome personality. Her modeling isn't quite as strong as Nicole's in photographs, but is stronger in movement. She had the literal Cinderella story, kind of like Adrianne Curry, but Nicole had more of a social outcast Cinderella story. Top Model has never had an awkward kid that was bullied around win.
