If the path to the XP source or PEBuilder folder contains blanks/spaces that will cause problems. What paths do you have?

what filesystem do you have on X: ? what you want needs writeable NTFS and then it works - I use
sysinternals junction.exe with BartPE

You seem to miss the "basics".
Windows 7 DOES NOT use BOOT.INI (just like Vista ) Go here: http://www.multibooters.co.uk/ and read the WHOLE site (pretending that anywhere you see "Vista" you read "Windows 7" instead ) Then come back here if you have still doubts remaining. jaclaz

bootable dos cd is easy. If you want to be able to access the files on the cd, that's another thing. You'll need to load cd drivers and a cd rom extension like mscdex. You can find some good drivers here: http://johnson.tmfc.net/dos/index.html Ghost 8 and 11 will work on a ntfs drive/partition without mounting it.
