Quote from: pjchappy on 7 Nov 2009, 06:31 AM Now that I think about it, Foobar can do WASAPI. So, if you're interested in using any DSPs on the PC side, VAC should allow you to incorporate Foobar, PC side DSPs and WASAPI. Actually I want to use iTunes for my media player. I thought there was perhaps some advantage in using the WASAPI driver vs the ASIO driver under Windows Vista. If...

I use double banana's on all of my speakers. The force of the 2 bananas joined together keep them from backing out from speaker vibration. Great connectors. Hi Frank. Wayner

Integrated amp vs Pre amp +...
Published (2009-11-07 07:09:00)

Thinking about Koetsu Cartridges...
Published (2009-11-07 23:57:00)
It almost seems like a foregone conclusion to me. Eventually all vinylphiles get around to trying a Koetsu MC cartridge. I have largely resisted temptation, but my ability to resist might be breaking down. I am using an Ortofon Jubliee at the moment, and I consider it to be a fine cartridge. Probably the best I have ever heard. I also own an Ortofon Kontrapunkt A and a Benz Copper Reference...

Today a pair of Bryston 10B LR set up for PMC BB5's arrived in the house. These are 15 year old units from the famous "Townhouse" London Studios The Fronts look mint One missing its rack ears - One call on Monday to sort that out........ I will post some pics and internals for those that like the "Naked Bryston" look. Whilst collecting them the conversation took an unexpected turn...

I am in the MN area, could anyone tell me where to buy plasti clay again? I guess I could have sifted through the thread to find it, but it'd take too long. I've taken apart a pair of speakers recently to restore the woofer, since I have them apart, it would be a good time to give them the plasti clay treatment.
