Ms. Pixie would like to thank everyone for their well wishes and thought you might like to see a few more of her candid photo's. As you can see she is healthy and happy. She can be a bit of a clown and she has a face that can display a full range of emotions. Best thing is she can brighten up your day whenever you need that little boost.

A few weeks ago Keith started panting while he was playing. Took him to the vet who did a CBC (results came back fine) and gave him an antibiotic shot. She could hear with stethiscope that he sounded "raspy". She told me to come back in two weeks if no improvement. He has gotten worse and I can hear the "raspiness" myself now.
Today the vet took some xrays and said she would have a radiologist...

G'morning.
I'm still tired, but not feeling too bad today. I'm not sure if DH is going to work today or not. He seems to be ok for the first part of the day, then goes downhill pretty fast during the afternoon. I think he should stay home for now, since he can work at home.
My kids have a day off school today.... Maybe we'll go do some xmas shopping later.

With dogs, the "usual" stud fee is pick of the litter, or, if the stud's owner doesn't want a puppy, the price of the puppy. But of course anything that's agreeable to both parties is fine.

That's a shame that there are no other Yankees fans here.........So I am probably talking to myself, but I was at the game tonight and I can't tell you how amazing it was! My friend has season tickets, has for 20 years, and he said it was the best playoff game he has seen yet! It was quite an experience!
And that's all I have to say about that

Unfortunately religious zealots are giving Christianity a bad name. I don't have any problem with folks practicing their religion in their own homes or at the church of their choice but when they bring it into the workplace and other public places they are doing more to push people away from those beliefs. Sort of reminds me of the hari krishna's that stand on the street and accost strangers....

Have you tried at the local Heath Departments?Ours did free shots on Sat. for kids ages 6 months to 24 years.
All 4 of mine got the shot.
As for the Drs office,mine stated the same thing.That there is a shortage,and they wouldn't be getting them in.But, to go to the Health Department.
It may be a place to start?

If it were me I'd keep the cat, and don't feel guilty. Be sure you get the cat a collar and name tag with your cell phone number on it, and microchip her if you can. Then try to make her an indoor kitty, but if she won't have any part of that, then at least you have identified yourself as the "owner."
