Ok cool glad i could help, well dell design there To handle certain tings in the system i learn that for a fact i had to Put a 400watt in it and so far no call from the client... Ok although u said the fans are running ,but i was simply saying to put ur hand where the psu was that all lol... If it slow all it need to do is clean up abit or put a next stick of memory in it depending how much in it already. I can recommend this software it name...

Drives could be going or damaged.
Cables could be intermittent.
Power supply could be going or damaged.
Board could be going or damaged.
Those are probably the main things that would contribute to your drives acting up. If you are experienced enough, I would say open up your PSU to check for any obvious damage inside. If you have a PSU tester, I'd recommend using that first. If ...

If Claro hasn't come out and said we have x number of customers I don't see how you can contradict them, and as for the numbers not adding up people could have multiple lines (I do).

Using anything less than a 9600GSO for PhysX will net you a performance drop, instead of increase. Don't bother.
