Hi, Since receiving a Microsoft Windows Update to download service pack 3, I have experienced problems with microsoft works 8.0. I had no troubles whatsoever with sp2. SP3 has totalling rid any files etc regarding SP2!! I have an acer Aspire 5570Z laptop that runs on windows vista home premium. i think the hardware failed in my keyboard and now my built in usb hub doesn't work. i remember my keyboard had a lifetime warranty but i cannot find or go anywhere on the microsoft site and everything says it costs $35 for help when its a lifetime warranty, what do i do? -tommy

Hope that's my last post in this forum (:- I'am using the Push Notification Stuff and like to call FindItem on a specific Folder with the newItemId returned by the notfication event.
