Amidst all the talk about how important our contacts are to us and how crucial it is we need to communicate with them, whether it be through text or voice, the underlying issue that has got us so frustrated is that we are just not being serviced.   It is not just about the one-hundred-something number of contacts some of us have compiled over the years. It is not just about the text messages from our friends and significant others that...

Published (2009-11-12 01:16:00)
I just changed plans online a couple days ago and it turns out to be true. $70 isn't much of a hit to me since it will take about 4 months to break even on the fees, then $20/month savings thereafter. $140, however, would be just wrong... that's like agreeing to a minimum 7 month contract just so you can recoup the fees.   There is a bug I'd like to warn about that got me irritated and prevented me from changing plans. The...

That is correct.  Adding or changing services will not require you to "re-up" your contract length.

Since we can't get any answers from a t-mobile representative (remember this next time your contracts expire) why did t-mobile get rid of the ability for us to email customer service and get answers to our specific questions? I would like to think it was for the customer but have quickly realized after a month of waiting that it is not. T-mobile needs to take a little initiative and contact everyone who owns a sidekick paper weight...

I had this problem last week when I switched from postpaid to the prepaid plan. I had more than enough money in my account and just couldn't remove this annoying payment reminder. I called into customer care and they transferred me over to the sidekick department. They had to do something from their end to remove the payment reminder. When I asked why did this happen, the rep told me they had to reset the account. Would not go into...

Let me see if I am understanding this correctly?  When you say you paid full price, did you pay the money up front for the phone?  Because if you did, then it's yours, you own it.    However, if you say you paid full price, but are making installment payments (with the EM Plus plans you can pay over 20 months), then no, you don't "own" it.   So I'm not exactly sure.  If the first scenario is...
