This isn't a very good movie at all. It's sappy and heavy-handed. I can't believe how awful that scene at the airport was. Remember - "big bad and little bad"? Then there was that terrible effect with the guy's bulging, bloody eyes and the shot goes forward and then rewinds itself. Check it out. But it has a few good points. Sheen and Scott give
great performances, the music is good, ...

This movie is insane fun. The weiner dogs as the rats are surprisingly effective.
The movie hits all the right notes for nature-run-amok good times. Toss in the tasty tax shelter era babe Lisa Langlois and Scatman Crothers and how can you go wrong? Recommended.

Zombies vs Japanese Cowgirl action horror film ONECHANBARA is coming. Based on a popular Japanese video game action series, Onechanbara involves cowgirls in scantily clad costumes battling against a horde of zombies with
samurai swords. Don't expect much depth here just gore and eyecandy. Its expected to be released theatrically in Japan around April.

Brand new month, brand new bunch of books... Well, kinda. I took a break from Cryptonomicon and have been enjoying the pure un-PCishness of The New Destroyer: Dead Reckoning . I've burst out laughing several times, so the writers are on their game yet again. Also going through the latest issue of Cemetery Dance , which is a
Charles. L. Grant tribute issue. I admit I've never read any of...

I just watched this for the first time and although the concept seems pretty cool and I love playing with
Ouija boards, this movie was as entertaining as an std. Anybody seen this hunk of junk? Also, if you have, whats with the scene where his buddy tosses him a hammer (which has an axe on the end?) at his head!?! And then the part that made me laugh is how he passes it off, "Haha hey u ...

I watched this last night.... Personally, I thought the story was very good, the movie and acting OK (if not somewhat
low-budget) and the overall feel of the film to be rather dirty and disturbing (in the grossed-out kind of way - especially the aforementioned 'lightbulb scene'). To be honest, I had to shut it off twice before I finished it. All in all, I didn't think it was too bad of a...

I didn't know anything about this until yesterday. http://www.dvdactive.com/news/releas...y-edition.h tml It was released a few years ago, so it's probably old news to most, but it had slipped by me some how. the metal gas-can case is great.
The whole package is. I haven't check out the extras on the second disc yet, but they sound great. It was certainly worth the $4.99 price....
