First of all, my thanks to our "Capt Video" AP for posting the GH movie clip. I found it fascinating indeed! Well, I checked wally mart on line and there were no rounded corners there. But I did check into Costco and they do have the Josephine line that will probably do the trick, go to costco.com, search caskets and go to the josephine line. Do you need a death certificate to buy one? Not a bad place to start if your building one. D.J.

You've done some truly beautiful work here, MW - the only way you'd know it was a custom piece is that the workmanship is better than anything you could find on a peg. Once the interior is painted, you'll have to show us how it turned out.

Hey thanks for the kind comments guys The opening doors are definitely the star feature on this one, and all the fiddling about with them (especially the roof one) pushed me into making the detailed insert to fit in the back. I couldn't leave this car plain inside like the other one I did, so I had to go the full works with the mini TV, cushions and yes, JJ hit the nail on the head with the shag carpet and the padded trim! I did forget...

When the Hornet went off the air in '67, I never expected to see it again, and it did take years before it showed up for syndication in my neighborhood. Naturally, I jumped at the chance to record it, and throughout the ensuing years, I've been able to capture it in every new format. I have excellent copies on disk now, but I just cannot get the quality a legit release would offer. There is no other way to get it but to either record...

Sounds like a great project, the Hannibal 8 is one of my favorites. I'm afraid I can't offer any suggestions for base vehicles, though - anything you
get would have to be extensively reworked nearly to the point of a full scratchbuild. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
