Thanks for posting the link, Mr. striker! OK, I'm gonna take a couple stabs here on who's what based on what Martin shared. I believe this first painting is of Britt Reid... Well, because he's blond! This one I believe to be Ned Jordan, Secret Agent, and his lovely secretary Judy Medwick, even though the page states it's Britt and Miss Case! ...and I believe this one to be originally Ned, but at some point someone painted a...

Sure. Send 'em along. We'd rather have too many photos than too little. Even though 200 isn't bad, we'd like to cover as many bases as we can.

Lee,I agree with you 100%,these very large, very highly detailed, very well made, very expensive,20Th Century-Fox models of "The Black Beauty"Car,and the Chrysler 300 White Convertible Car would very much be the *ULTIMATE* in *EXTREMELY RARE* "Green Hornet"collectibles!I wish, and dream,as we all do,of having both! And yes,I have seen color production photos of both before,it is not the first time for me.

Yeah, John, you'll find some heated discussions about it (but we all remain freinds, of course), lots of links to footage of Seth Rogen and crew on location with it, great pics of the new Black Beauty... all in all very entertaining and lot's of fun. This forum covers much more than just the TV show. If a caveman ever painted a hornet on a cave wall, you'll find news of it here. This is a Hornet School, and I'm still a...

The Q Con

So the Q Con didn't turn out the way we maybe expected it to be, but I did get to have my booth set up next to AZTECA (Point Blank Toys) and we just talked all day long. AZTECA put out alot of his 1:6 th items, I put out all kinds of different figures from Jakks Wrestlers to old Spawn figures and everything in between. here are a few pics from that day. One vendor from Retro Outlaw Clothing had an arm full of Godzilla Tatts. This one was...

1:18 SCALE BLACK BEAUTY...
Published (2009-11-29 16:27:34)
Yes those pictured (including the Studebaker) are in my collection. The original BZ slot car release according to one source states that body-supplier Lancer did not deliver more than 1000 pressings to BZ, sales plummeted when the TV show was canceled as the model was issued. There was a repro BZ produced and numbers indicate perhaps only 20 were made.

Grant , thanks for editing your initial post, my friend. I also changed the New Topic wording to read: GH OTR 101 which makes it more apropos. Thank you also for helping out our buddy Marco /LL, you're a good man! Nice artwork, but do you have anything "visual" pertaining to the RADIO show? Hehe! JoAnne , thanks for the added info. Your knowledge is quite welcome as well, dear lady! Martin , thank you so much for your...

Thanks GG...So then, no word yet on the musical composer? IMDB has nothing listed as of yet. I think they should just use Billy May's cues, but yeah, like THAT'S going to happen

Steve, your bias is showing. Do you really think the only possible reason for a "yes" answer is that the voter believes Rogen and Gondry are
geniuses? Please. I'm going to see the movie, not because I'm a fan of either Rogen or Gondry, but because I'm a fan of the Green Hornet and I
want to see it. Will I enjoy it? I don't know. But I will see it.

You're welcome, Joe! And a good question! What I've often wondered is how many Donovan Faust Green Hornet radio shows have survived?? To my knowledge,
there is only one in circulation, and it's a good one! "The Copse That Wasn't There." Also, FWIW, since I'm at least partly responsible
for this thread existing, I hope it's used for anything anyone wants to throw out there radio wise concerning ...

How ya doing, Sting? The Aurora model we all bought as kids was 1/32 scale, and I consider the detail lacking at that level. I built a very detailed 1/25 scale
model using Apache wheels from a Mustang kit that were perfect replicas, so 1/25 scale worked for me. The model used in the series for the special effects was
1/6 scale, with enough detail to fool the camera. So 1/18 falls in that area ...

Thank You very much for your information Joe, It was very much appreciated. I appreciate the positive attitude as well. It's true that as fans we tend to
get a little upset about the potential insults and disrespect to our favorite character, but as you pointed out, we really won't know anything definite
until the actual film is finished. Everything else is simply speculation on our part. It ...

Hi - I recall seeing your auction on ebay for this piece but I never met your reserve beause it was much too high for me. My friend and fellow collector
"Charles Damiano" had told me about you and your item. It's a great piece and something I would definately add to my collection if I ever could
afford it.
My advice to you is to try and sell the signatures separately which should be more ...

A very eloquent petition Greenwood.
I signed it straight away and think you'll get a lot more signatures yet.
You're right, it certainly won't do any harm.

This is where I downloaded my copies of the serials. Excellent stuff. It's interesting how so many of the stock footage shots of the Black Beauty racing
through town are repeated in the television series. The influence is very strong. I recommend any Hornet TV fan to at least look at these.

pair of pants that actually fit.

Green Hornet for a Halloween party a couple of years back but don't know if I can find the pics.

I didn't know Billy May did music for Route 66. I merely stated ROUTE 66 as an example where the theme music was substituted for a generic music so they
could avoid paying music rights. ROUTE 66 was reissued with the proper music score, you just have to make sure to buy the correct DVD box set. The music cues
I printed were from the GREEN HORNET series.
