Brig from 6am - 11:40 am. Nada, El Skunko. I didn't listen and went to Brig
and paid for it with heavy currents that 8 oz can't hold, tons of weed and
no fish. However I did manage to find a possibly productive area of water
when the conditions present themselves. Overall ok not bad but miss having
a tug on the line.

I've never gone lake fishing for stipers since I live in Mass, but in the Spring some of the larger rivers get a healthy run. I generally don't target them specifically but it's always a pleasant surprise hooking up with one when you're targetting smallmouth.
