If you goto accounts>activities>create task then the task is automatically linked to the account. When you look at a task in detail view, what do you see in the Accounts and Contacts fields?

Hello srobb, yes, clicking the clear button should clear any search results. What field is the list view sorting by? I have seen a bug in the past where if you sorted by certain fields, nothing would appear in the list. Try to click on the Name field and see if that does anything. Also check to make sure that there are no fields in the search panel that are defaulting to a value. I have seen this before when a client has added the website...

Hello,
if you are importing data into the database, in order for multiple values to properly display in the multiple selection box, the values must be separated by ^,^:
EX: if you have 3 items selected:
valueA
valueB
valueC
in the database, they should look like this: valueA^,^valueB^,^valueC

Nope .... don't think this is achievable without a LOT of effort ... why don't you just use Teams in Pro to segment the data?
Oh ... wait a minute ... could it be that it's proprietary licensed software and you'd have to pay an extra wodge for additional seats?

Importing them through Activities>Calls>Import
But, unless you have the relationship between the account/contact and the activity, you are going to have to build this manually
The alternative is to write a MySQL script to insert the data into the relevant tables

Avez vous bien paramétrer les champs "Adresse email de l'expéditeur " qui est aussi important
Ci dessous vous verrez les champs que je vous conseille de vérifier
Faites attention aux espaces éventuels lors des copier coller

5.5 and 5.2 are have different database schemas ... if you installed on 5.2 database ... then get a 5.2 stack, install sugar 5.2, restore the database ... and then it'll pick up the database ... otherwise you are creating a lot of unnecessary work for yourself

I am new to sugar and am attempting a email campaign.
I created a test campain and created TWO contacts (myself and one of the other employees in our firm) as members of the target list for this campaign. I was able to send the emails and I received the email and chose to OPT OUT - the issue is that not only was my contact information flagged as OPTED OUT but so was the other contact....

A few things I noticed:
- you still use the old way of adding logic hooks, this can be done in manifest.php now (since 5.2, so you'll probably need to keep both). There is no uninstalling your logic hook right now
- your module has a lowercase name and underscores. No biggie, but I would prefer it if module names were consistent
