As much as I would love to see her get the nomination, I can't see it happening. The people who run that party would have to put a stop to it sooner or later. Besides, she would have to actually do stuff like press conferences and debates, and answer real questions from people who aren't Fox News shills or Oprah Winfrey. She would never be willing to do that. Whatever adults are left in the GOP would dynamite the tracks before...

Zastudil, the punter, is out for the season. The best TE Steve Heiden too. Which.... sounds irrelevant, except Zastudil was having one of the best punting seasons I've seen... and on a team that punts 18 or 20 times a game, was actually a significant contributor to us losing every game 33-3 instead of 48-3. We probably wouldn't even have that one pathetic win if not for a remarkable punting unit performance. No Heiden means more...

A worthy idea, jayjay. I was thinking some time back that the other thread was getting a bit daunting for people to get into. So, here's an issue that I (and I'm sure others) would appreciate a discussion about : the success of PvE and PvP talent builds. There are a lot of boards where there are discussions of builds, but they are either too jargon-loaded for me, or they seem to ...

I know I'm starting it pretty late, what with 2 days until the season opener. I was debating on whether or not I should run this, since if I don't come with some efficient system it'll be a lot of work. But... the 2 day thing only matters if you're going to pick a player from the Pit/Ten game, and given that both teams have tough defenses that's unlikely - so for the most part ...

I don't feel sorry for Quinn at all, the little whore (not because she had sex, but because she cheated on her boyfriend and is lying about it, trying to ruin his life). I can understand her being scared, but not only is she lying to Finn while she played the 'Virgin Queen,' but she absolutely talks to him like he's shit. "I'm smart and you're dumb." WTH? I think she's just as bad as Terri. I ...

One more question (missed edit window): I have a friend that really likes Israeli culture, and I want to show her examples of all types of Israeli music, from all the different cultures and styles of Israeli people. What artists would you consider "classic examples" of their style, and which of their songs should I show her?

I'll go with 49ers 27, Bears 24, thankyouverymuch. You've got the knock against Alex Smith wrong. He's got a beautiful deep throw, but it's his accuracy on short throws that needs work (along with decision making and timing). The 49ers new look on offense (more single-back/spread type stuff) was working well enough against the Titans, it was four turnovers that killed the game for them. The...

I'm confused. How does a first class passenger have a larger carbon footprint than the mooks back in steerage? The extra energy to heat the hot towels? Unless you're willing to argue that the airlines are going to trash the first class section and put more dense seating up front, you could equally well argue that first class passengers are doing a public service by filling (expensive) ...

Rules: The name of the game is Mafia, and it goes like this: each Day, the townsfolk vote to kill someone they suspect is an evil hidden character (in this case, the screamers). Each Night, the screamers meet in secret and kill someone they think is on to them. This continues until one faction has been completely eliminated, or nothing can stop this from happening. Basically. You can post ...

I'm just curious how you think you can get a reasoned debate when you use such slanted and explosive language as that in your OP.
