I just took a look at this for fun. I would not buy this right now. They are at the bottom of the pile with growth forecast at less then 2% over the next 5 years. They closed a refinery here in the US last month. My service places a value of around $28/sh. The div. cut should help down the road but I would wait for this to find a bottom. The sector as a whole is below the 40 day moving average. Just my opinion and it's worth as much as...

I've been watching this as a pincher in the making. The problem has been no support in sight. Now it is approaching $6.50 and it should catch some there. Possible entry point for me. The Dow is looking very weak and that will keep me on my toes with ANY entries (except for bear plays), but WNR is certainly worth a radar from here on forward, IMO.

more buys than sells yesterday and after looking at the chart this morning the indications are that it's going up and going to do well over the next couple of days IMO..i love the enviormentally friendly approach. gotta love a company that has the think green attitude and creates good revenue...good luck to all that go in!!!
