Alright, could someone please tell me if this pig is officially defunct and if so did it
die last year? I'm trying to do taxes and I'd wanna write my shares off as a complete loss, but am still not sure if this company still exists on paper? I know trading was frozen at some point, but have been out of the loop for so long. Is it DONE done?

Why are they trying to
expedite this deal so quickly? When just the other day they expected/stated (see below)) around months end. Seems kind of strange that just a day after my post to kill this ridiculous deal they (the administrators) put a release stating the deal is done.
